LED PCB board (also known as LED printed circuit board, LED circuit board or aluminum LED PCB) is a professional PCB board with LED components mounted on its surface.
What is a LED PCB?
LED PCBs are the heart of LED lighting. However, LED PCBs generate significant heat, making traditional heat dissipation difficult. Therefore, aluminum or metal-core PCBs are often used for these applications due to their high thermal conductivity, lightweight, and cost-effectiveness. Surface mount packaging is currently the most widely used packaging format for LEDs, providing an excellent electrical connection for LED components. PCBs with LED components are often referred to as “LED PCBs.”

High TG (glass transition temperature) materials (such as TG170) can be used to adapt to the high-temperature operating environment of LEDs (>100°C). Surface treatments (such as OSP and immersion gold) can prevent oxidation and improve the weather resistance of outdoor LED screens.
